Allergy Injections |
The Student Health
Services will continue the administration of allergy injections for students if they have completed at least 6 weeks of
the injections with their Allergist. Complete documentation of the antigen
therapy must be provided by the Allergist. A signed statement from the
Allergist authorizing the Student Health Services to continue her/his antigen
treatment as per his orders is required.
