Instructions:

1. Download the Application to Rent form

2. Complete the Application and return it to our office with a check or money order for $50:

                          Claremont, CA 91711

Application Process:

* We will begin accepting applications Monday - May 19, 2008

* Deadline for turning in an application is Friday - June 27, 2008

* We will be date stamping each application we receive. In the event that we receive more applications than there are vacancies, students will be housed on a first come, first serve basis. If you are not assigned a room your application fee will be returned and your application will be added to our waiting list.

* Please be aware that we will make every effort to assign you to the floor plan of your first choice. However, if there are no vacancies in your first choice, we will assign you to the floor plan of your second choice. 

* If your application is not received by June 27, 2008, your application fee will be returned and your application will be added to our waiting list.

* If your application is not accompanied by the $50 application fee, your application will be returned and will not be processed.

* We will be contacting you via email and US mail the first week of July with your room assignment.

* We will conduct a second round of applications late-July to fill any vacancies which were the result of students dropping out.
