Who we are. What we do.
The Real Estate and Housing Office participates in the CUC
and The Claremont Colleges real property needs, serving the requests and
decisions of those committees and staff who need assistance to maintain,
develop, advance, research and/or acquire real property. We
also function as a full service Real Estate and Property Management office,
providing on and off-campus housing services to the students, staff and faculty
at The Claremont Colleges.
