Information for Landlords
- If you are working with a real estate agent and your listing has been added to the MLS we are unable to post your listing on our webpage.
- We check the MLS weekly and remove any listings from our webpage that appear in the MLS.
- The Real Estate and Housing office highly recommends that you not include an email address on your listing due to problems with scams and/or spam. Although we only give our web address to members of The Claremont Colleges, it remains a public website. If you decide to include your email address, please be cautious as you may receive fraudulent inquiries related to scams. If you suspect you are communicating with a scammer, please contact us for guidance.
