Central Facilities Services (CFS) is an organization of engineers and tradesmen that is tasked with the maintenance, repair and operation of buildings, building systems, and related equipment.  We have a staff of highly trained and experienced professionals who provide quality service to the seven Claremont Colleges, affiliated organizations, and our own parent organization, CUC.
