The HVAC and P.M. Shop is responsible for maintenance and
repairs to HVAC systems in buildings throughout the campus. Services
include:
Heating and Ventilation - routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment and systems, including air conditioning systems for computer rooms, walk-in coolers and freezers; refrigerated water coolers and ice machines; dehumidifiers and humidifiers; heat pumps; chillers, chilled water piping and coils; cooling towers; etc.
