Engineering & Construction Services (ECS) provides vital support for the Colleges and CFS Shops.  Some of the services they provide include:

• Facilities Management consultation
• Design and engineering for architectural renovations and additions
• Record document management
• Hazardous material management (asbestos, lead)
• Maintenance of technical databases
• Regulatory permit management
• Claims and utility rebate management
• Construction document review
• Project management services
• Preparation of presentation graphics

ECS also provides budget estimates (budget & final) and proposals for fixed price work.  They prepare schedules and provide coordination of work between CFS shops and outside contractors.
