The Carpenter Shop provides the following services:

The Key Shop provides the following services:

Door hardware repair and installation

  • Making keys
  • Lock re-keying
  • Secure warehousing of proprietary campus key blanks
  • Maintenance of campus keying records
  • Consultation for master keying, hardware specification, and life safety issues relating to doors & hardware
  • Access control systems

The Paint Shop provides the following services:

Exterior & interior painting

  • Parking lot striping & street stenciling
  • Graffiti removal
  • Signage for doors & buildings
  • ADA compliant signage
  • Fire department I.D. signs
  • Street signs
  • Custom plastic engraving, vinyl lettering and bronze lettering
  • Wall coverings
