If I skip a message, will it be deleted?

No. You may skip a message by pressing the "#" key. Any message you skip remains available for your later review.

What is the "reply" feature?

After listening to a message placed from a campus extension, you may press "8" to reply to the message before you delete it. The Reply feature will route you into the callers voice mailbox; you do not need to dial their extension to leave a message.

The system is telling you "your mailbox is full", but you have no new messages.

The voice mail system allows users to retrieve deleted messages. When you delete a message, it is routed to a "deleted" folder. Messages are not truly deleted until you access your mailbox and permanently erase all deleted messages that have been routed to your deleted folder. When the deleted folder is full, the system will send you the prompt that your mailbox is full and you need to delete some messages.  To delete your deleted messages out of the deleted message folder, access your mailbox and after you enter your password, select "3" to review old messages, "2" for deleted messages, and then "1" to permanently erase all deleted messages. Once you delete your deleted messages, they cannot be retrieved.
