I have a message that sounds like a busy tone, broken record, or static, and can't delete it. I think my mailbox is "broken." How do I delete this "broken" never-ending message?
Your mailbox is not broken. You may fast-forward to the end of this message by pressing "33". You will then hear the voice mail prompt "to delete this message, press 7". Press "7" and delete it as you would any message.
