Dial (909) 621-8555 and follow the system prompts. The voice mail system will prompt you to enter the "*" key followed by your ID number which is your campus extension. DO NOT ENTER YOUR PASSWORD AT THIS POINT. After entering your extension number, you will be prompted to enter your password.

Dial 18555 followed by the "*" key. When prompted for your ID number, enter your extension, DO NOT ENTER YOUR PASSWORD. After you enter your extension, you will be prompted to enter your password.
