Optional Features

Forward-Busy to voice mail - Press the "Speaker" key for dial tone followed by the "FWD-BUSY" programmable key, then "18555".  "Forward set" will briefly display on the screen.  "FDB" will flash on the screen.  The "FWD-BUSY" programmable key will remain lit.  To cancel "Forward-Busy" to voice mail, press the "Speaker" key for dial tone, then press the "FWD-BUSY" programmable key.  "Forward Cancel" will display briefly on the screen and the programmable key light will go out.

Forward -All to voice mail - Press the "Speaker" key for dial tone followed by the "FWD-ALL" programmable key, then "18555".  "Forward Set" will briefly display on the screen.  "FDA" will flash on the screen.  The "FWD-ALL" programmable key will remain lit.  To cancel "Forward-All" to voice mail, press the "Speaker" key for dial tone, press the "FWD-ALL" programmable key.  "Forward Cancel" will display briefly on the screen and the programmable key light will go out.

Call Back - When a dialed campus extension rings busy, press the "Call Back" programmable key and hang-up your phone.  The light underneath the "Call Back" key will be lit.  When the called party terminates their call, your extension will ring back.  When you lift your hand-set, you will hear the called parties phone ringing and then they will answer their line.  To cancel "Call Back", press the key once and the light will go out.

S & R - Save and Redial will save one number for future dialing.  Get a dial tone, dial the number, and then press the "S&R" programmable key.  The light under the key will light up.  The next time you need to dial the saved number, get a dial tone and press the "S&R" programmable key.

Last # - The "Last #" redial programmable key works the same as the "Redial" key located above the "Speaker" key.  Press the "Last #" programmable key to display the previous five numbers dialed.  When the number you need to call displays in the display window, press the "*" key to place the call. 

Voice - Dial a campus extension and press the "Voice" key.  Without the called party picking-up their phone, you can speak to them and your voice will come out the speaker on their phone.  Only use this feature if you know the party you are contacting does not have a meeting in their office, etc.
