Information Technology Helpdesk

The CUC Information Technology Helpdesk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We provide technical support for the following:

• PC desktops
• Digital Signage
• Audio Visual

We offer several ways to help you when you require technical assistance.

• During normal business hours email our helpdesk at:

• Or, you can phone us at 18196 (on campus) or 909-621-8196 (off campus)
• In the evening and on weekends call 18196 (on campus) or 909-621-8196 (off campus). If you receive voicemail press “1” to leave a message or press “2” to be transferred to the on-call person.
