Saturday, September 20, 9am-3pm:  Coastal Clean-Up Day

Volunteer with Heal the Bay for this annual beach clean-up event in Venice, CA.  Have fun in the sun and help make the beach a more beautiful place.  Transportation and lunch provided. 

 

Friday, September 26, 2:30-6pm:  Ability First

Spend a meaningful afternoon making crafts with disabled children.  Meet at McAlister Center at 2:30p.m.  Transportation provided. 

 

Friday, October 31: Claremont Halloween Festival

Volunteer for this spooky and fun holiday event.  Wear a costume and help set-up and clean-up and run games and activities at this annual fun family festival.  Within walking distance. 

 

Monday, November 10,  9am-3pm: American Red Cross Blood Drive

      Give the gift of life and donate blood.  As always, Southern California’s blood supply                 

      Remains critically low.  The drive will be held at McAlister Center.  

 

      Tuesday, November 18th:  Oxfam Dinner

 

      Monday, December 1, 6pm:  Foothill Aids Project-Aids Walk 

      Volunteer at this annual walk honoring those who have died of AIDS. 

      Within walking distance.
