Claremont University Consortium Office of Human Resources is responsible for human resources policies and practices,
recruitment, compensation administration, tuition remission, employee communications, employee relations, employee
records retention, leave management, and equal employment opportunity compliance. Our goal is to strive to foster
a work environment characterized by fair treatment, respectful working relationships, accountability, and supportive
