Program Grants
At Hillel we strive to inspire Jewish students to explore their Judaism both in traditional and non traditional settings. One way to support this growth is through our Grant Program for alternative, dorm based programs at the Claremont Colleges. If you want to make Shabbat dinner for your friends at your dorm or feel like sponsoring an alternative seder for the second night of Passover, then this program is for you! Just fill out the grant form and submit it to our Program Director and he will notify you if your grant request has been accepted.
Requirements for receiving the grant
In order to be reimbursed for your grant money, you need to submit the following items to the Program Director within 5 days of your event: receipts of expenses, names and email addresses of the program participants, pictures of the event, and a one page evaluation of planning, implementation, and success of the event.
The money cannot be used to buy alcohol.
