SERVICES

The CUC Facilities Department provides custodial, grounds, maintenance and facilities related services for Claremont University Consortium.   Responsibilities include:  janitorial services, preventative maintenance, coordinating repair and maintenance of all building systems, regular inspections, and landscape services.  Facilities Department schedules the operations of building systems to insure the comfort and well-being of occupants and effect cost savings through energy management using the Facilities Monitoring and Control System (FMCS).

CUC Facilities Department provides Claremont Graduate University with support for janitorial services, landscape, and support for classroom and meeting room setups.
