Who we are. What we do.
Central Facilities Services is an organization of engineers and tradesmen who provide
real property maintenance services for The Claremont Colleges, and which operates the campus
electrical distribution system. CFS is the resident facility maintenance organization for The
Claremont University Consortium and also performs work for the other Claremont Colleges on a fee-for-service basis.
Services we provide
- Provides facility repair and maintenance service for all CUC real property (real estate), as well as custodial services.
- Operates and maintains the electrical distribution system for the Claremont College campus.
- Operates as a licensed contractor providing professional trades services to The Claremont Colleges such as electrical work, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
