Who we are. What we do.

Construction Management and Facilities Planning is a professional organization that provides preconstruction and construction management services on a fee-for-service basis to the Claremont Colleges and other 501.3 (c) non-profit organizations. We are a licensed general contractor with in-house design and planning capabilities. We foster best value by partnering with our clients, consultants and trade contractors to provide quality, timely and cost effective general contracting, design-build and construction management services. We often partner with Central Facilities Services and trusted trade contractors to provide exceptionally fast paced construction installations when time is a major motivation for our clients.
