Us
The Chicano/Latino Student Affairs Center is staffed by three
individuals: Maria Torres, Robert Viteri and Ernestine Mendoza.
We all share the same basic philosophy: We are here to assist
you during your four years in Claremont. Between the three of
us, there are seventy-five years experience in student affairs
work. Read more about us in our individual pages.
Of course, we must give credit to the invaluable assistance
that we receive from our Office Assistants, Sponsor Team
and Student Activities Committee.
The Office Assistants (Work Study students) help us with the
daily grind, especially the gathering and disseminating of
information.
The Sponsor Team are true ambassadors for CLSA. They are
student volunteers who wish to assist fellow students in
successfully making the transition to college life in Claremont.
The Student Activities Committee, also made up of student
volunteers (one from each of the Colleges) plans additional
activities and outings.
