Us
The Chicano/Latino Student Affairs Center is staffed by three
individuals: Maria Torres, Hugo Garcia and Ernestine Mendoza.
We all share the same basic philosophy: We are here to assist
you during your four years in Claremont. Between the three of
us, there are seventy-five years experience in student affairs

Of course, we must give credit to the invaluable assistance
that we receive from our Office Assistants and the 2009
Sponsor Team.
The Office Assistants (Work Study students) help us with the
daily grind, especially the gathering and disseminating of
information.
The Sponsor Team members are true ambassadors for CLSA.
They are student volunteers who wish to assist fellow students in
successfully making the transition to college life in Claremont.
