IV. Equipment & Facility Use

4.1 No one shall disassemble, repair or otherwise tamper with any equipment.

4.2 No one may interfere with the production and/or facility usage by another user.

4.3 All users shall assure that the control room is kept clear of all persons not essential to the user's production or cablecast.

4.4 No smoking, drinking or eating is allowed in the studio, control room, playback area or editing room.

4.5 No one may use the facilities or equipment while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

4.6 Each user shall be responsible for assuring that all other persons accompanying the user abide by all rules and regulations.

4.7 Each user shall assure that the facilities are left in a clean and neat condition and available for a subsequent user at the end of the time reserved.
