II. Definitions
2.1 ADVISORY COMMITTEE: the Cable TV Advisory Committee of Claremont University Center.
2.2 CCTV: Claremont University Center, a California non-profit corporation d/b/a Claremont Colleges Television.
2.3 COMMERCIAL PROGRAMMING: any programming which, in whole or in part, depicts, demonstrates or discusses products, services or businesses with the intent or substatial effect of benefitting or enhancing a profit-making enterprise.
2.4 FACILITIES: all equipment, services, cable channels or other services or function whatsoever, which are controlled, operated managed or regulated by CCTV.
2.5 CHANNEL 28: the channel allocated by Comcast Cable to CCTV for access programming.
2.6 QUALIFIED USER: recognized faculty, staff and administration of the Claremont Colleges and students enrolled in one of the member institutions.
2.7 SERIAL PROGRAMMING: multiple programs produced by the same user for a regular day, time and channel.
