Who we are. What we do.

The Office of Benefits Administration is responsible for the administration of employee benefit plans for the faculty and staff of The Claremont Colleges. The employee benefit plans include medical, dental, vision, life, personal accident insurance and flexible spending accounts as well as voluntary disability insurance, long term disability, workers' compensation and retirement benefits.
