highly recommended for all visits. Phone lines open at 8:00 a.m. Appointments are usually
available the same day if you call early. There is a charge for medications,
x-rays, and lab tests if ordered by your medical provider. These charges are usually below
community prices.

Walk-in students are assessed for severity of illness and
given appropriate care. In offering this service, the health center
staff asks that students understand that there may be a waiting period
involved. There is a $10 charge for walk-in visits.
Emergency
Care:
Just walk-in and ask for
assistance or call us. We are also available 24 hours a day for phone consultation while school
is in session by calling Campus Safety at
ext. 18170. In an extreme emergency, call Campus Safety at 72000. Campus Safety is also available to
transport students who are ill and need a ride to the Student Health Service. Emergencies After Hours
There is no walk-in charge assessed for emergency care.
Missed
Appointments:
Please be considerate of other students needing
health care by canceling your appointment at least 2 hours in advance. A
$10.00 No Show
Charge is assessed to anyone missing an appointment or canceling an appointment
without 2 hours advance notice.
